I wanted to thank you for dealing with my Renault traffic a month or so ago. The repair was excellent but it was more the quality of your service I wanted to mention. I initially looked around garages more local to me but was put off by the attitude of the people who were the first point of contact who all gave the impression that they were so busy they didn't really need or want my business. 
When I contacted GB Flint this couldn't have been more of a contrast. The person I spoke to on the phone was welcoming, understanding and gave me all the information I needed... absolutely perfect for a first point of contact. Throughout the repair I had to make a number of contacts and the tone was the same each time. Without sounding inappropriate, she was just lovely and I apologise sincerely for not remembering her name (blame my old age). I also wanted to thank you for going out of your way to help me collect my vehicle once the repair was complete. We were left in a tricky situation due to the keenness of the hire company to end the insurance of their hire vehicle as soon as the repair was complete and struggled to collect ours from you. We were very grateful for you making time to extend your normal working day to allow me to get to you.. I'm not quite sure what we would have done otherwise. It was a, rush, but it did give me the opportunity to meet you and it was clear you value the same ethos of kindness and customer care as my first point of contact. 
I hope that on future no other drivers decide to try and park inside the back of my van and I won't be needing repair services again. However, if I do, I would certainly look to use your company, and will be recommending you to anyone who asks.

The company was excellent in every respect and I would look to use them again in the future. The repair time was a lot longer than I hoped, but this was I believe, due to the availability of parts from the manufacturer and out of the control of GB Flint. July 23

To say this is the best repair centre in the Midlands doesn't go far enough. Staff are amazing, the site and service is impeccable and the standard of the repair is second to none. All genuine parts only ever fitted, no compromise on standards. My car came back better than it was pre accident. This is the only repair centre for me. June 23

Customer service was excellent and I was kept informed of progress. I had a long wait for a courtesy car which was very inconvenient with only having one car in the family and the repairs took several weeks, however, I do appreciate that the parts shortage played a major part in this and it was beyond the control of Flints, so overall I was very pleased with the service.
