On Tuesday 26th November Paul Eyre, a Panel Technician at G B Flint Coachworks / Fix Auto Nottingham, joined hundreds of wedding specialists gathered at The Holiday Inn in Birmingham for The English Wedding Awards 2019.
This elegant ceremony is put on to acknowledge the best that the wedding industry has to offer. The awards celebrate those who work hard to create memorable and unique weddings; from wedding planners, coordinators, specialists and caterers to photographers, videographers, florists and stationary suppliers.
The glitzy evening was hosted by Laura Fleming who presented the awards and acknowledged those who promote excellence in the industry, inspiring others with their achievements and adding the fairy-tale sparkle to any wedding.
The competition was fierce, but Paul Eyre of Paul Eyre Images based in Long Eaton, Derbyshire was crowned winner in the East Midlands Wedding Photographer of the Year category.
“It was a pleasant surprise to learn that I had been nominated for the award, but was overwhelmed when the winner was announced! After 8 years of hard work, establishing my name in such a competitive industry, it means so much to me to finally gain formal recognition with no influence from myself, other than providing my clients with the service they deserve” Paul Eyre
