A message to our customers regarding COVID - 19


Dear Customer,
I thought I would write to reassure you of the actions we are taking to safeguard customers, staff and visitors at this unsettling time.
We have been monitoring the advice given by government and public bodies over the last few weeks instigated additional cleaning and safeguarding routines some time ago.
You may notice that our collection / delivery staff are equipped with sanitising sprays to use in vehicles being collected or handed over to customers. All vehicles (customers and courtesy vehicles) are cleaned and disinfected when coming onto or leaving site. We have also instituted additional daily cleaning and disinfecting regimes for public and staff areas alike to help safeguard our staff and any visitors.
During your interaction with our teams, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have around our procedures. Your welfare and that of our staff is at the forefront of our actions.
However, if you are in the unfortunate position of having to self-isolate due to a possible infection, please make us aware prior to collection / return of your vehicle so that we may be further prepared.
We have recently had a visit from Health & Safety (HSE) to ensure we are following the Government's guidance in working in a safe way. The HSE was very impressed with how our company is complying and procedures we have put in place working on customers vehicle's in a safe way.
